In the course of its activity Ancona 's F.N.A.A.R.C. Association has built two major real estate complexes and also achieved the following:
• introduction in art.1 of the Regional Law no. 19 of 15 th Oct. 2002 of a wording acknowledging the possibility for the agents' professional category of possible future financing in the commercial sector
• acknowledgement of the agency agreement model by Ancona 's Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture
• agreement with the local Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture on the Conciliation Serv·ice for the settlement of disputes between principals and agents (as an alternative to the Joint Committee foreseen by the Collective Economic Agreements)
• participation as regular member in the Committee for Women's Entrepreneurship at Ancona 's Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture
• participation as member of the Board of Directors of Ancona Promuove, the Special Company of Ancona's Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture for the Internationalization of Businesses
• F.N.A.A.R.C. is also part of AICEC, the Italian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce with head office in Ancona and branch office in Zagreb
• F.N.A.A.R.C. succeeded in obtaining the exemption for agents from the obligation to circulate with alternate car number plates in Ancona 's entire provincial territory
• in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics of the Polytechnic University of the Marche Region, the local Chamber of Commerce and Confcommercio, F.N.A.A.R.C. yearly organizes a UNIVERSITY MASTER COURSE for COMMERCIAL AGENTS
• F.N.A.A.R.C. has signed bank agreements, two of which are now valid for the entire Italian territory, which are of particular importance and great financial interest for the Association's agents
• F.N.A.A.R.C. has signed agreements in other sectors specific to the activity of agents (telephony, office material and equipment, etc.) The Association has always played a decisive role in its contribution to the results achieved by the national F.N.A.A.R.C. in the activity of the latter. For example:
• in 1956 and 1958 it succeeds in signing the first collective economic agreements (separation of social security from severance indemnity with the start of the F.I.R.R. severance indemnity fund)
• in 1965 it is granted the compulsory pension coverage by the Italian Institute for Social Security INPS
• in 1968 it succeeds in having the first law on the professional role enacted, which is then replaced and integrated by law no. 204 of 1985
• again in 1968 the first ENASARCO Social Security Regulation is approved (ENASARCO: Italian Board for the Assistance to Commercial Agents and Representatives): this marks the beginning of the supplementary pension scheme for commercial agents, which would be then enshrined in law no. 12 of 1973
• since 1973 it has carried out active actions in the fiscal sector with the start of the tax reform
• with the 1975 and 1977 economic agreements it is granted the additional customer allowance together with the F.I.R.R. benefit paid to ENASARCO. The F.I.R.R. benefit would then be appreciated in 1988 and 1989
• the 1992 bridge-agreements provide the legal basis for the application of the EC Directive on the termination of the agency agreement, which was implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree no. 303 of 1991
• law no. 128 of 1992 indicates the domicile of the agent as the place of lawful jurisdiction in case of disputes with the principal
• del credere commission, art. 28 of law of 2 nd Dec. 1999 (published in the Italian Official Journal no. 13 of 18 th Jan. 2000 , later on enacted on 2 nd Feb. 2000 )
• remuneration of the non-competition agreement after the signature of the agency contract (art. 23 of law no. 422 of 29th Dec. 2000 – modification of art. 1751-bis of the Italian Civil Code)
• 26 th Feb. 2002 : signature of the Collective Economic Agreement for the Trade sector
• 18 th Apr. 2002 : signature of the Collective Economic Agreement for the Industry sector and Confapi (Italian Federation for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises)
• 12 th June 2002 : signature of the Collective Economic Agreement for the Crafts sector |
